How to make video of your computer screen?

I wanted to record a Screencast for some demo. I tried this free app "Hypercam" and liked it.

Note- The tool will install a new plugin to your browser (even-though you had selected no during the install options) . If you do not like the plugin then go to your browser tool-menu and remove it.
